What is your return policy?
Due the specialized nature of our items we cannot accept all returns. We do not accept returns of expired tests. Sensonics Smell Tests are guaranteed for 6 months from date of manufacture. What if my product is damaged once received?
If product is damaged, please take a photo and send directly to [email protected]. Please allow up to 24 hours for response. Once your email is received, a Sensonics employee will contact you with a resolution.
What if my product is missing parts?
Once you receive our order, please look over the contents. If anything is missing, please do not hesitate to contact Sensonics via phone or email. Sensonics will do our best to ensure all products are in each package.
What happens once you receive my order?
Once our order is received, Customer Service will look over the request. Either Purchase Order or Online Order. Customer Service will then process the order into Sensonics internal system. Sensonics’ Production Team is made aware of your order and once complete, Sensonics’ Shipping Department will begin processing with UPS.
