Shipping

Orders within the United States are shipped via UPS Ground from our facility in Haddon Heights NJ. International orders are shipped via UPS International. Please allow at least 10-14 business days for your order to be shipped. If you require your order immediately expedited shipping may be available, if inventory permits, for an additional fee. Effective December 1, 2014 the expedited processing fee for orders of 1-25 tests will be $25.00; the expedited processing fee for orders of 26 or more tests will be $50.00. This fee is in addition to any overnight or two day shipping service, please call (800) 547-8838 within the U.S. or (856) 547-7702 outside of the U.S. if you require this service.

Within the USA, please add 6% to total order; within Canada and Mexico, add 12%; within Western Europe and South America, add 20%; Eastern Europe Africa, Australia, Japan and Asia, add 25%. There is a minimum shipping charge of $5.00 in the eastern United States including: ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NJ, NY, PA, DE, MD, VA, WV, NC,  SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, LA, AR, MO, IA, MN, MI, IL, IN, OH, KY,  and TN. There is a minimum shipping charge of $10.00  for the remaining western United States, $15.00 for Canada and Mexico, $20.00 for Western Europe and South America, $25.00 for Eastern Europe, Africa, Australia, Japan, and Asia.  Payment must be received on foreign orders before shipment. International bank fees should not be deducted from payment. Customer is responsible for duty or customs fee.

Sensonics, Inc. ensures product quality for up to 6 months from the manufacture date. Expiration date is stamped on each Smell Identification Test. Returns

Due the specialized nature of our items we cannot accept all returns. We do not accept returns of expired tests. Sensonics Smell Tests are guaranteed for 6 months from date of manufacture.  Any order that was received and was either incorrectly sent or damaged, Sensonics will process thhe return once notified in writing.

Our customer service team makes every effort to communicate the unique nature of our tests.  All written orders are confirmed with a copy of the order and a contact for errors or changes. Phone orders are read to the customer with the confirmation number.
