Why was my order delayed or canceled? 

Sensonics will never cancel order, unless otherwise directed to. Sensonics may place a “Hold” on account if there is a prior unpaid balance.  If a Purchase Order is submitted the pricing must be accurate or it may cause a delay until the PO is revised accordingly by the customer.
