What are my payment options to place an order?

Payments may be made by credit card, (Visa, Mastercard, American Express); please indicate type of card, card number & expiration date.  Please do not email credit card information.

Payments can also be made via check drawn of a US bank affiliated with a foreign bank or via a wire transfer from a foreign bank to our bank.
