What is your return policy?

Due the specialized nature of our items we cannot accept all returns. We do not accept returns of expired tests. Sensonics Smell Tests are guaranteed for 6 months from date of manufacture.  Any order that was received and was either incorrectly sent or damaged, Sensonics will process the return once notified in writing.

Our customer service team makes every effort to communicate the unique nature of our tests.  All written orders are confirmed with a copy of the order and a contact for errors or changes. Phone orders are read to the customer with the confirmation number.
